What Is DALR Training?

DALR Training ensures you meet all your obligations to properly inform employees about EPF contribution, SOCSO coverage and EIS coverage. This training enables your employees to check their legal status to work and their benefits accounts and makes them aware of their rights under Malaysian law.

The training addresses compliance requirements under:

Employment Act 1955 (written terms & notices)
EPF Act 1991 (registration & contribution statements)
SOCSO Act 1969 (compulsory insurance)
EIS Act 2017 (mandatory contributions)
Payroll and record-keeping requirements

AVOID RISK OF NON-COMPLIANCE

AVOID RISK OF NON-COMPLIANCE •

Employers who provide DALR training have properly informed their employees to avoid any risk of statutory non-compliance or employee complaints which can lead to enforcement action.

it is for ANY and EVERY employee under Malaysian labor law:

Management & executives | Supervisors & line managers | Factory & operational workers | Local Malaysian & foreign workers | Full-time, part-time, contract & temporary staff
